Emotional Alchemy with Cacao

We'll meet weekly and tune into a different emotional theme, from the shadow frequencies of rage, grief, shame and fear to the lighter frequencies of joy, bliss and love ~ each week learning different tools to release, transform and integrate. We work with the sacred medicine of cacao (raw chocolate sourced from Guatemala) to help us open our hearts, drop into our breath + body, and deepen emotional resiliency. This medicine is a beautiful feminine, embodied experience that increases circulation and warmly removes barriers to vulnerability. Through the group coherence created through cacao and our open hearts, each of us will have an opportunity to share our experiences with that emotion to kindred souls, a radical healing process in itself. **Please book in by Wednesday at 4p, as the cacao has to be prepared ahead of time!** 1:1 sessions are also available at weavethelight.com/ceremony
